People found to be spamming will be warned, and accounts suspended, if they are found to be spamming again, they will be permanently terminated, and their contact details given to relevant authorities if requested. For the resellers, the primary (reseller) account will not be terminated if people are found to be spamming under their account, we will suspend their account, and contact you, if there is no reply, we will terminate their account for you. If there are excessive amounts of material on a resellers account, we will be forced to suspend the whole reseller, until the problems are sorted out fully.
